No you can just bind it to a button like bind "UP" "test_dispatcheffect teslazap 70000 8 99 50;test_dispatcheffect teslazap 70000 8 99 50;test_dispatcheffect teslazap 70000 8 99 50;"
to create an alias is just to replace the long command .
so if you make alias "A" "test_dispatcheffect teslazap 70000 8 99 50"
you can just give in Bind "UP" "A" because "A" is your command alias ;)
